Bobby Friction explains why he is involved with the project, 'Nearly 20 years ago, the Asian Dub Foundation spawned out of the CM project. Now in 2010, the same project offers us a chance to hear the next generation of Asian electronic musicians'.

BOBBY FRICTION DJ, Presenter, Journalist, Broadcaster, & Jedi Knight of Desi Music. For 20 years, Bobby has been in the eye of the storm of South Asian music, playing the role of Chairman Of the Board, Cheerleader & Fan Boy rolled into one. Winner of 3 Sony Radio Awards, he's played a pivotal role in the emergence of Desi Music worldwide.
NASHA EXPERIENCE is a collective of musicians who have worked in collaboration with each other including Ges-E and Osmani Soundz. Their sounds have been described as polyrythmic nastiness meets wonderfully terrifying bass and the most subtle and successful infusion of East and West the scene has come up with yet! SUKH KNIGHT East London producer Knight is a pioneer of the new school of Dubstep, Grime and his list of supporters reads like a who's who of electronic music's royalty - Sinden, Hatcha, N-Type, Mary Anne Hobbs, Ras Kwame and many more.

The gigs are culmination of a series of events promoted by CM and supported by the London Development agency and Arts Council England to encourage new local Asian artists and music entrepreneurs through two months of master classes, workshops, seminars and showcases.
